2003 James L. Noland Student Fellowship

The 2003 James L. Noland Student Fellowship was awarded to Bryan D. Ewing, from North Carolina State University, for his doctoral work on “Earthquake Engineering of Masonry Structures” under the direction of Professor Mervyn J. Kowalsky.
